    The lack of cooling in our room. I encountered rude behavior from staff during check-in and a greedy porter who demanded tips for assistance.

    The place was fairly clean, I booked the triple room with ocean front views, everything was 10/10. Its location in Alanya was good, close to the coast of Alanya, the beach, and nearest Airport.

    The staff was unattentive.

    The kids loved the mini amusement park and playground, and there were so many fun activities for all ages. Plus, the buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, ensuring everyone found something they liked.

    great amenities but minor service hiccups

    The food offered a good variety, satisfying both adults and kids. The multiple pools entertained our family, each suited to our preferences. We appreciated the numerous shaded spots at the beach. The amazing sea view became a cherished part of our daily routine.

    The staff could have been more attentive at times.

    actually everything was 10/10, my next choice again in alanya. this stunningly beautiful hotel was really fairly clean. the staff was good with advice and suggestions. the service was excellent and the food was different. the venue had a good location in irish pub. and it was also very close to the beach, and sea.

    Slides, breakfast, snack house.

    The slides didn't turn on the schedule. The shower cubicle is small. All the confectionery wasn't good. The slides are located in a shallow pool. The performances were the same as last year.
